Booking Questions

 How do I book?

We simply require a non-refundable £25 or £50 (format dependant) deposit to book your event. The remaining balance is due in one payment, this is due 14 days before your event. All payments made within 14 days are non-refundable. All payments MUST be complete, either online or via telephone. We CANNOT accept payment on the day.

 Group members can pay individually on-line for an additional cost of £2 per person.

What if I don’t know my exact group numbers when sending my enquiry?

Just provide us with your best guess, we require exact number two weeks before your event when your final payment is due. If you are still unsure on your group number’s, we recommend paying for the number of players you definitely have, and we can add on additional players as late as two days before your event if you inform us and make payment for them.

Can each group member pay individually?

Yes, if you want group members to pay on-line individually to save the hassle of collecting the money yourself then just add £2 per person to your per person price.

What happens if I wish to move my event to a different date or time?

If you are within fourteen days, we won’t be able to move your event date or time. If your event date is outside of fourteen days, we may be able to move your event but there may be a charge for the cost of the venue, if we have already paid for the venue and it is non-transferable.

What happens if I wish to cancel my event?

Outside of fourteen days before your event you can cancel your Foot Golf event, but you will lose either your £25 or £50 deposit. Any payments made within fourteen days of your event are non-refundable.

Event Questions

 What destinations do you cover?

We cover many Major Towns and Cities in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. We are always expanding the number of courses available. If the location you require is not listed on our website, please state what location you require in the comment section on the enquiry form and we will do our best to find a course near you.

 What is the cost of a Foot Golf event?

Prices vary depending on location, group numbers and the event format chosen, for a breakdown of general pricing please visit your preferred location page.

What is the minimum number of players required?

For the Tournament Format we require a minimum of 8 players – no maximum.

For the Arrive & Play Format we require a minimum of 4 players – no maximum.

Weather

This experience will take place outdoors, outside events may be cancelled in the event of flooding or dangerous weather conditions. This may happen as late as on the day of the event if the course is deemed unsafe or unfit to use. In this case the customer is entitled to a full refund. We will supply the golf centre with the group leader’s mobile number and they will try to inform you of a cancellation as early as possible.

What is included?

Your price per person will include green fees, specially adapted holes, football hire, scorecard and a pencil each, rules and a group website to easily manage your event and an electronic event pack. This can either be accessed via your mobile or printed off to bring with you on the day, it includes maps, contact numbers, foot golf rules and event/venue information.

How long will the event last for?

This will depend on your group size, the ability of the players, the course yardage, how fast you walk around the course and how busy it is on the day. We usually say allow for approximately 1.5-2 hours for a Foot Golf 18-hole round. We require guests to arrive fifteen minutes before their event start time.

What clothing is recommended?

It is recommended to show consideration to other players and Football Boots are not allowed. We recommend smart casual clothing, trainers or astro trainers are recommended.

Can groups drink alcohol whilst playing?

No, any groups found drinking alcohol whilst playing or are deemed intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be offered. Many of the courses do have a bar where players can have a drink either before or after their foot golf round.

Is fancy dress allowed?

Customer will need to contact the course directly once we have sent over the booking confirmation e-mail, to describe the fancy dress outfits and ask a member of staff at the course if it’s appropriate.

 How many players per tee time?

This varies on the course, but most require groups to be either 4 or 5 players per tee time, tee off times will be staggered (approximately 5-10 minutes apart)

 Foot Golf course rules?

  • No alcohol can be consumed on the Foot Golf course. If players are under the influence of drink/drugs they will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be offered.
  • The level of language must be adequately acceptable in a family orientated environment, failure to comply with this will again result in being asked to leave the premises.
  • Players must keep their shirts on at all times.
